We'll miss you Ron Santo!
Many of you know that I (Ronnie the Collie) was named after the Chicago Cubs announcer and former third baseman Ron Santo.
My human actually met Ron Santo in September at the Billy Williams statue dedication ceremony and told the Cub's legend about me.
I'm sure she said that he could find this page by googleing "Not Lassie".
(That was when she took this picture of him)
She always wanted to get a picture of me with Ron Santo.
Sadly, that can only happen now with the magic of photoshop.
Our condolences to the friends, family and fans of Ron Santo.
